These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimingFlow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vision Synergie Inc., operator of TimingFlow ("TimingFlow", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
TimingFlow is an ecosystem for building websites, web applications, native apps, forms, documents, and other digital experiences, including AI-powered features, workflow automation, e-commerce, scheduling, and related services. The Service is designed for professional users, businesses, and developers.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
A person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account, except to keep separate business projects in separate accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
You may use the Service to create, publish, and manage websites, applications, databases, workflows, and other digital content in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to investigate violations and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
You own your content. All projects, pages, databases, files, text, images, and other materials you create using the Service ("Your Content") remain your property. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
Responsibility for Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to use all Content you submit, that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right, and that you will comply with all applicable data protection laws for any personal data your published sites collect from their visitors.
AI-generated content. Content you generate with AI features may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and using it appropriately.
Removal. We may remove Your Content that violates these Terms. We will notify you of the removal when legally permitted to do so.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vision Synergie Inc. (TimingFlow) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written consent.
Pre-built sections, smart components, and templates provided within the Service are licensed for use within projects you create on the platform. They may not be extracted and used outside the Service.
Third-party licenses. The Service uses open-source software and third-party components, each subject to its own license. A list of key open-source components is available upon request.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant TimingFlow an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you.
You retain full ownership of your brand, logos, and trademarks. TimingFlow does not acquire any rights to your brand by providing the Service.
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features, higher limits, and priority support. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Build free, pay to publish. You can build and design projects at no cost. A paid plan is required to publish a project to production.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Billing begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
Certain AI features consume credits. Credit costs are displayed before each AI operation. Credits are non-refundable. Credits included with your plan reset each billing cycle and unused plan credits do not roll over, unless your plan specifies otherwise. Credits purchased as one-time bundles never expire.
Subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable, including for renewals and partial billing periods, except in the cases described in our Billing & Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact support@timingflow.io.
By subscribing or purchasing credits, you also agree to our Billing & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. It describes renewals, failed payments and the grace period, cancellations, plan changes, and refunds in detail.
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Enterprise customers with SLA agreements may have specific uptime guarantees and service credits for downtime. Refer to your individual agreement for details.

We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms or for unusual usage patterns that harm other users.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@timingflow.io. Upon cancellation:
When you request the deletion of your account, the deletion is carried out 30 days after your confirmation. Until then, you can cancel the request and export Your Content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
For non-urgent violations, we will provide 30 days' notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. For serious violations (malware, fraud, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately.
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property — your rights in Your Content survive), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law and Disputes) survive the termination of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimingFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, Your Content (including any claim that it infringes third-party rights), your published sites and the data you collect from their visitors, or any breach of your representations under these Terms.
